The story
SS is the trading name of Sareen Sports Industries, a cricket equipment company based on Mawana Road in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Its online shop sells bats in English willow, Kashmir willow, tennis-ball and composite versions, alongside protective gear, kit bags, shoes, clothing and accessories. The site does not give a founding date or company history.
The bat catalogue is large and leans heavily on professional endorsements. Many models carry the names of current international and franchise players, with separate player, player reserve and legend editions at different price points. The shop is priced in Indian rupees, ships across India and to selected international destinations, and does not describe any UK office or UK distributor.
