The story
DSC is the bat brand of Delux Sports Company, a family business in Punjab. The family started making bats in the early 1980s, at first producing them for other well-known brands rather than under its own name. That contract work, the company says, taught it what top players expect from a bat.
It now sells a full range of cricket kit under the DSC name, from bats and gloves to helmets and shoes, and sponsors international players across the men's and women's game. Most bats are made in India from English or Kashmir willow, with a small line made in England.
Where they're made India for most ranges; the OvalZ, LeedZ and WaleZ bats are labelled made in England.
Willow English willow and Kashmir willow.
