The story
Sanspareils Greenlands, known as SG, dates its cricket business back to 1931 and is based in Meerut in northern India. It makes a broad spread of cricket equipment, from Kashmir willow bats for tennis-ball cricket to English willow bats used by international players, along with protective gear, balls, footwear and clothing.
The company is now run by CEO Paras Anand and director Puneet Anand and says it has around 850 dealers in India and abroad. Many of its bat ranges carry the names of Indian internationals, and its own online shop serves customers within India.
