The story

B3 Cricket started in 2012 with the aim of giving club cricketers the kind of choice and fitting usually offered to professionals. It makes its bats in its own factory in Hucknall, Nottingham, using CAD design and CNC shaping, and most bats are made to order to the buyer's weight, handle and sticker choices.

Willow comes from J.S. Wright and Sons. Master bat maker Alex Hohenkerk has since joined the firm, and B3 now offers fully handmade bats alongside its machine-shaped ranges. There is a second showroom in Hailsham, East Sussex, and visitors can tour the Nottingham factory and try bats in its indoor nets.

Delivery
Bats are mostly made to order, taking 7 to 10 working days before dispatch; orders without a bat are sent the next day. Delivery charges not stated on the policy page.
Returns
14 days from delivery for unused, resaleable items; services such as knocking-in and customisation are non-refundable; buyer pays return postage unless faulty.
Warranty
12 months for handle breakage and willow-defect splits; 6 months for non-impact shoulder splits and face delamination. Excludes wear, yorker toe damage, mistimed edges and water damage.
