The story
Ihsan Sports was started in 1957 by Ihsan Khan and has grown into a manufacturer and exporter of sports goods, selling to the UK, Australia, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and many other countries under its registered Ihsan (IS) trademark. It has a long record of team kit deals, including Bangladesh's national and age-group sides around the 2007 World Cup, Kenya at the same tournament, and Zimbabwe Cricket.
Its own online shop prices in Pakistani rupees and lists three English willow bat families: the Classic Series, topped by the Black Gold and Ihsan King, the X Series and the lower-priced Victory line. Composite and tape ball bats sit alongside pads, gloves, helmets, shoes and bags. The site names international players past and present as ambassadors, from Wasim Akram to Zimbabwe's Brian Bennett.
